FREE SHIPPING

Our store offers 'FREE SHIPPING' on some items to the US region. Only items marked with 'FREE SHIPPING' will be shipped for free.

SHIPPING COST

We work with suppliers to arrange shipment in order to reduce the overhead cost of delivery. Our shipping cost varies per item depending on the size and weight of the item. The approximate shipping charge is $150 or below for smaller items and $300 for large items. We highly recommend that you contact us regarding the shipping price of the item for more details.

SHIPPING TIME

All shipments travel during normal business days which do not include weekends, holidays, and other official days etc. Factors beyond our control such as inclement weather or suppliers' on-hand inventory etc may affect your order delivery time. Given that the supplier have the inventory on hand, you can expect your items to leave the warehouse within 3-14 business days once we placed an order with the supplier.

FREIGHT DELIVERY

Freight Delivery will be used if an ordered item has a size and/or weight too large. Such deliveries will be made during normal business hours and the delivery agent will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery time. Your package will be dropped off in the driveway of your house and it will be your responsibility to move the package(s) into the desired final location. Typically, freight deliveries will require a signature and an adult over the age of 18 be present for the delivery.
